MOYO for Teams · Founding Pilot

Help ambitious women perform sustainably — without asking them to operate as though capacity never changes.

MOYO for Teams is a guided 6–8 week workplace pilot that helps women make better decisions about workload, priorities and capacity before strain becomes the default. Participants use their own private MOYO experience. Employers receive program-level outcomes — never personal journals, cycle data, capacity entries or AI conversations.

Most workplace planning assumes capacity is constant. People aren't.

The calendar can tell someone how many hours are available. It cannot tell her what those hours can realistically hold. When workload, mental load, energy and priorities shift, static plans can create unnecessary friction — and women are often left to interpret that friction as a personal failure.

MOYO introduces a different operating question: before we ask what more can be done, what information should shape the decision?

Better decisions before more output.

01 · Check

Participants notice the capacity and context they are actually bringing into the day or week.

02 · Insight

MOYO helps interpret what that information may mean for pace, priorities and workload.

03 · Decision

The participant remains the decision-maker and chooses how to respond.

Capacity over volume. Sustainable ambition. AI that supports judgment rather than replacing it.

  • A private MOYO OS account and the core Check → Insight → Decision practice.
  • A kickoff session introducing sustainable ambition and capacity-informed decision-making.
  • Weekly guided capacity and priority check-ins during the pilot.
  • Access to the normal MOYO planning experience: Home, weekly Plan, Core Trio, Reset and Copilot according to the participant's account access.
  • Optional employer-funded Flourish & Flow licenses or OS+ access when included in the pilot agreement. Neither is required for basic MOYO access.
  • A closing reflection focused on decision confidence, workload alignment and what the participant has learned about how she works.

What your organization receives

  • An anonymized closing readout with patterns, outcomes, recommendations and a clear expand / refine / stop decision.
  • No access to individual MOYO accounts or private employee content.

Privacy boundary

Private by design. Useful without surveillance.

An employer can sponsor the pilot. It does not become the owner of a participant's personal MOYO data. Employer reporting is cohort-level and anonymized, and breakdowns are withheld when a group is smaller than 10 participants.

  • ✕Individual decisions or Decision Memory
  • ✕Individual Alignment Scores
  • ✕Personal patterns or personal principles
  • ✕Health information or inferred health status
  • ✕Employee rankings, risk scores or burnout predictions

Questions

Is MOYO for Teams a separate employee-monitoring platform?

No. Participants use their own private MOYO experience. The Founding Pilot is designed to support better workload and capacity decisions without giving employers access to personal MOYO content.

What does the employer see?

The employer receives cohort-level participation and agreed pre/post outcomes, plus an anonymized closing readout. Individual journals, capacity entries, cycle data, AI conversations, decisions and Alignment Scores are not shared.

Do participants need to buy Flourish & Flow?

No. MOYO OS remains available independently. An employer may choose to sponsor Flourish & Flow or OS+ access as part of a pilot, but neither is required to access the core MOYO practice.

How long is the Founding Pilot?

The initial format is designed around approximately 6–8 weeks so the organization can observe repeated use rather than a one-off workshop.

How many participants?

The current founding format is designed for approximately 10–30 voluntary participants.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. MOYO is a planning and decision-support experience. It is not a medical, diagnostic or therapeutic service.

Can managers see which employee is struggling?

No. MOYO for Teams is not designed as an employee risk-scoring or surveillance tool.

What happens after the pilot?

MOYO and the organization review the agreed outcomes and decide whether to stop, refine, repeat or expand. A full employer dashboard is not required for the founding pilot.
