Your data, handled with care
MOYO OS asks women to record how their bodies and energy actually behave. That only works if the handling of it is beyond question. This page says plainly what happens.
What we collect
Account details you give us: email, display name and the calibration answers you choose at sign-up (work mode, position, cycle status, rhythm, capacity and focus).
What you create inside the OS: daily plans, weekly plans, monthly reviews, cycle and energy logs, alignment scores and Copilot conversations.
Basic product signals: which offer pages were viewed and whether a waitlist or application was started. These are counts, never the content of what you wrote.
Why we hold it
Solely to run MOYO OS for you: to show your plans back to you, to compute your Alignment Score, and to let the Copilot answer with your actual context rather than generic advice.
What we never do
We never sell or share your cycle, energy or health information with advertisers or data brokers.
Your notes, reflections and Copilot conversations are not read by the MOYO team, and are not used to train public AI models.
Founder reporting is limited to registration facts and engagement counts. It cannot show cycle dates, energy notes, reflections or Copilot content.
Who processes data on our behalf
Our hosting and database provider stores your records, and an AI gateway processes Copilot messages so the assistant can respond. Both act only on our instructions.
Your rights
Export a full copy of everything at any time, in one file, from Settings inside the OS.
Delete your account and every record permanently from the same page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Ask us anything about your data by using the feedback button inside the app.
Retention
We keep your records while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, plans, reviews, logs, scores and Copilot history are removed along with your sign-in.
